Teaching Staff
Professional Responsibilities
  • Maintain punctuality in academic and administrative duties.
  • Engage in continuous academic development and legal research.
  • Deliver lectures and conduct assessments with fairness, objectivity, and transparency.
  • Provide mentorship and academic support to students.
Ethical Conduct
  • Avoid favouritism, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records and evaluations.
  • Respect diversity of opinions in academic discourse.
Institutional Integrity
  • Refrain from participating in or encouraging political or disruptive activities on campus.
  • Promote a culture of legal awareness, justice, and civic responsibility.
  • Respect and adhere to the policies, rules, and vision of the institution.
Non-Teaching Staff
Work Ethics
  • Be punctual, respectful, and efficient in duties.
  • Assist faculty and students courteously and professionally.
  • Handle documents and records with integrity and confidentiality.
Accountability
  • Comply with institutional policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Report any irregularities or misconduct to appropriate authorities.
Interpersonal Conduct
  • Maintain cordial relationships with staff, faculty, and students.
  • Avoid involvement in gossip, conflicts, or discriminatory behaviour.
Students
Academic Integrity
  • Avoid cheating, or any form of malpractice.
  • Attend classes, seminars, and examinations regularly.
  • Participate in academic, co-curricular, and legal aid activities sincerely.
Campus Discipline
  • Wear appropriate attire and maintain decorum on campus.
  • Dress code for Girls: Black & White Salwar Kameez (No Design/Print) or White Sarees.
  • Dress code for Boys: Formal Black Trousers and Formal White Shirts (No Design/Print).
  • Follow teachers’ instructions regarding dress code.
  • Avoid disruptive behaviour, vandalism, or any unlawful acts.
  • Respect the rights, dignity, and opinions of peers and faculty.
Legal and Ethical Awareness
  • Uphold the principles of justice, equality, and the rule of law.
  • Report misconduct or unethical behaviour through proper channels.
  • Engage in legal activities (moot courts, debates, internships) with diligence and respect for the profession.
General Provisions: Any violation of the Code of Conduct may lead to disciplinary action as per institutional regulations. This Code may be reviewed periodically to reflect the evolving standards of legal education and ethical practice.
