At central training and placement department we endeavor to provide end-to-end employability solution that enables students to identify the changing skill requirements for various jobs, in order to create an industry-ready talent pool and provide it to industry so that industry can catch them at source. We help the candidate learn about the key skills that employers are looking for in each job category by undertaking industry-endorsed skilling courses recommended for the job.

We encourage candidates to create a holistic profile, showcasing their academic achievements, skill sets and co-curricular experience to the industry and apply for the jobs identified with higher chances of being recruited. From time to time we also conduct career guidance seminars, workshop with the help of industry people, our alumina to provide detailed information on new-age careers, job profiles, skill set requirements, career options, career progressions and more.
