At central training and placement department we endeavour to provide end-to-end employability solution that enables students to identify the changing skill requirements for various jobs, in order to create an industry-ready talent pool and provide it to industry so that industry can catch them at source. We help the candidate learn about the key skills that employers are looking for in each job category by undertaking industry-endorsed skilling courses recommended for the job.
We encourage candidates to create a holistic profile, showcasing their academic achievements, skill sets and co-curricular experience to the industry and apply for the jobs identified with higher chances of being recruited. From time to time we also conduct career guidance seminars, workshop with the help of industry people, our alumina to provide detailed information on new-age careers, job profiles, skill set requirements, career options, career progressions and more.

The Training and Placement cell is a bridge between students and corporate to connect and to fulfill their requirement. We bring new perspectives from various industries by signing Memorandum of Understanding [MoU] to bind a relationship for sharing technical knowledge across the country. Ample number of opportunities like industrial visits, in plant training, industrial projects, placement opportunities etc. is provided to the students to acquaint with industries for getting exposure in developing their career in this challenging field. The Training and Placement Cell plays a pivotal role in shaping the careers of students by bridging the gap between academia and industry. At our institution, we are committed to providing comprehensive training, career guidance, and placement support to ensure that our students are industry-ready and professionally competent.
In today’s competitive environment, mere academic knowledge is not sufficient. Hence, the Training and Placement Cell focuses on enhancing students’ technical skills, aptitude, soft skills, and professional ethics through structured training programs, workshops, internships, industrial visits, and interactions with industry experts. We actively collaborate with reputed organizations to provide students with meaningful career opportunities and real-world exposure.
