ENGINEERING SCIENCE Department of TAE, Pune is established in 2010. The department contributes towards First Year of four degree course. Engineering Science Department has given very good results in the last eight years. The results of the department are improving every year.
The department mainly focuses on changing the mindset of the newly admitted students from board pattern to university pattern. All the faculty members of the department contribute this activity. The department also runs TEACHER GUARDIAN SCHEME in which a faculty member is assigned as a Teacher Guardian for batch of 20 students. The Teacher Guardian faculty looks after the overall performance of the students assigned to him.

The Department also conducts UNIT TESTS/Mock Online Tests periodically. Subject Experts/Paper Setters are frequently invited to guide the students. Guest lecturers are arranged in the department to motivate the students.

Engineering Science Department has successfully conducted FE Sports Fest – “ RANANGAN ” on 26th & 27th February 2026 .For the inauguration of RANANGAN – FE Sports Fest, by the Chief Guest Debendro Singh , Olympian and Arjuna Awardee from the Army Sports Institute, Pune.
The Engineering Science Department successfully conducted the “Meritorious Students Recognition, Honour Ceremony, and Parents Meeting” on 4th April 2026. A total of 192 parents visited throughout the day.
The Engineering Science Department" has successfully organized a Guest lecture on *“The Blueprint of Success for Engineers” on 15th April 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Auditorium for First Year Engineering students. Approximately 350 students attended the session. The lecture was delivered by Mr.Raghvan Koli, Motivational Speaker and Author, associated with Forshlag Overseas Services, Germany.

The Engineering Science Department successfully organized a Design Thinking and Idea Lab - Project/Model competition on 11th May 2026 at 2:00 pm, Total 180 students actively participated in the event.
FE Induction Program Day 1, on 11/09/2025, from 10am to 3pm, Inauguration of program by Guest Dr. Saylee Gankar, Provost MIT ADT, and Sushma Kulkarni Vice Chancellor Nicmar University, Pune.
FE Induction Day 2, on 12/09/2025,Guest Lecture by Dr. Shirish Limaye, conducted in KJEI Auditorium Hall from 10am to 12 pm, a very interactive and team building session.
FE Induction Day 2, on 12/09/2025, from 2.30pm onwards, the KJEI Campus tour is done. All newly joined students visited Principal Cabin visit, Football ground, Library and all the departments of Trinity Academy of Engineering etc.
Induction Day 3 on 13/09/2025,Technical Tour to Pimpri Chinchwad Science Park. All FE students visited Science park and saw different technical concepts.
Induction Day 4 on 14/09/2025, Library session for newly admitted FE students, Library Incharge, Mrs Sunita Pawar explaining procedure.
Induction Day 5 on 16/09/2025 Felicitation of Guest Mr. Achyut Godbole by Hon. Founder President Kalyan Jadhav. A very informative session was conducted by Guest on Artificial Intelligence and its use.
First year Engineering Science Department has organised Parents meet on 07/11/2025 in KJEI Auditorium from 10am onwards. After parents meet, parent and students interact with their respective GFM.
The First year Engineering Science Department has arranged a Freshers party on 15/11/2025. Inauguration of Freshers Party is done by TAE Principal Dr. R. J. Patil, all HoD’s and staff. FE newly admitted students showed their talent.
Basic Electronics Expert Lecture is arranged on 03/12/2025 in TAE, Quantum Hal from 10am to 1pm. Expert Mrs. Pratibha Chavan, the BOS of Subject Basic Electronics. Felicitation of Guest by FE HoD Dr. V A Galande.
Basic Electrical Engineering subject Expert Lecture is arranged on 06/12/2025 in TAE, Quantum hall from 10am to 3pm. The Former Chairman of BEE subject Dr. Prof. Mahadev Unde conducted a very useful session for students.
Engineering Chemistry subject Expert Lecture is arranged on 17/12/2025 in TAE, Quantum hall from 10am to 1pm. Dr. Anil Darekar conducted a very informative session.
The Engineering Science Department has organized one day Faculty Enrichment Program on 6th Feb 2026,in TAE Quantum Hall from 09am to 5.00pm.Approximately 150 faculties actively participated in the program.
